OUGEP Sandproof Outdoor Rug 79" x 83

This lightweight outdoor rug measures 79 by 83 inches and is made from 210T polyester with a water-resistant coating. The green, square design provides a clean surface for groups of four to seven adults. Weighing only .322 kilograms, it packs into a compact mesh bag with a carabiner for easy transport to the beach, campsite, or festival.

Sandproof water-resistant surface handles beach

The fabric resists moisture and prevents sand from filtering through, so a quick shake clears the surface. It performs well on damp grass or wet sand during picnics, yoga sessions, or family gatherings. The material is not insulated, so it will not provide warmth on cold ground or block sharp rocks beneath the thin layer.

Ripstop polyester with four anchoring stakes

The ripstop construction resists tearing while remaining soft against skin. Four included stakes secure the corners through integrated loops, keeping the rug in place during coastal breezes. Care is limited to hand washing only, and the packed size fits in a phone-sized pouch for minimal storage space.

Questions about this item

Will the 79" x 83" size still fit inside my existing 4-person tent floor?

The blanket measures 79 by 83 inches and weighs .322 kg, so it folds down to a phone-sized bag that slides easily under most tent footprints.

How can I verify the 210T polyester is actually repelling water after I unpack it?

Pour a cup of water on the surface; droplets should bead and roll off without soaking through the ripstop nylon layer.

Does the package include the four anchoring stakes and the carabiner, or must I buy them separately?

The box contains the blanket, a compact mesh bag, one carabiner and four plastic anchoring stakes — nothing extra is required.
