This 128GB kit contains two 64GB DDR4 LRDIMM modules built for Cisco UCS B260 M4 and B460 M4 servers. Each module runs at 2400 MT/s with CL17 latency and operates at 1.2V. The load-reduced design reduces electrical load on the memory controller to support high-density configurations.

ECC load-reduced memory maintains data integrity during continuous server workloads by correcting single-bit errors on the fly. The 4Rx4 organisation allows the memory controller to address more ranks per channel without exceeding electrical limits. DDR4 LRDIMM Constraints

Mixing LRDIMMs with registered or unbuffered DIMMs in the same system is not supported. The 288-pin form factor fits only DDR4 slots wired for ECC load-reduced operation.
