Dual-channel 128GB kit with two 64GB DDR5 5600 CL46 ECC registered RDIMMs at 1.1V for servers
Capacity 128GB (2 x 64GB)
Rank 2Rx4
This OWC kit provides 128GB of DDR5 server memory in a matched pair of 64GB modules. It runs at 5600 speed with a CL46 latency and operates at 1.1V. The modules use 288-pin RDIMM form factor with 2Rx4 rank organisation.
These modules are built for select workstations and servers that require registered ECC DDR5 memory. They will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs. Buyers needing non-ECC or unbuffered memory should look elsewhere.
The registered buffer and ECC functionality are the decisive specification for compatibility. Your system must explicitly support DDR5 RDIMM modules with 2Rx4 rank structure. Verify your platform documentation before purchase.

Other versions of this model
Each 64 GB RDIMM operates at 1.1 V, the standard JEDEC voltage for DDR5 5600, so total kit draw is determined by the platform memory controller rather than the modules themselves.
The board must provide DDR5 RDIMM slots with registered-buffer support and ECC capability; standard desktop DDR5 slots that accept only unbuffered memory will not work.
The memory controller will down-clock all modules to the lowest common speed and tightest shared timings, so the 5600 kit will run at 4800 with the existing DIMMs.
