DDR3 1333 PC3-10600 CL9 registered ECC specification

Each module runs at 1333MHz with CL9 latency at 1.5V and uses a 2Rx4 organisation. The registered ECC design provides error correction and signal buffering required by the target server platform. Mixing with unbuffered DIMMs is not supported.

240-pin RDIMM form factor for direct slot
