This 16GB DDR3L ECC Registered RDIMM is built for Cisco UCS C200 M2 and C210 M2 servers. It provides error-correcting, registered memory required by those workstation and server platforms. The module replaces Cisco part numbers UCSMR1X162RYA and UCSMR1X162RYARF. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers.

Registered buffering and 2Rx4 organisation place less electrical load on the memory controller, supporting stable operation in multi-module configurations. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced ECC memory is not supported.
