This 32GB DDR4 2933 CL21 ECC Registered RDIMM is built for Dell PowerEdge C4140 servers with SkyLake CPUs. It runs at 1.2V with a 2Rx4 rank configuration and 288-pin form factor. The module replaces Dell part numbers such as 8WKDY and SNP8WKDYC/32G. It will not work in standard desktops or alongside unbuffered or load-reduced memory.
