Server memory kit for workstations and servers

This OWC kit provides 512GB of DDR5 ECC Registered memory across four 128GB modules. It is built for workstations, NAS systems, servers and network switches that require registered DIMMs. The modules will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced memory.

Sustained workload behaviour

Each module runs at 5600MHz with CL46 latency and 4Rx4 organisation. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping data integrity during continuous operation. JEDEC compliance ensures the rated PC5-44800 bandwidth is maintained under extended multi-threaded workloads.

Thermals noise and power

Operating at 1.1V, the modules draw less power than previous DDR generations. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the 288-pin DIMMs manages temperature. Silent passive cooling suits rack and tower chassis where acoustic output must stay low.
