Server Memory Kit

This 512GB kit contains eight 64GB DDR4 2933 ECC registered RDIMM modules. It is built for Cisco UCS B200 M5, B480 M5, C220 M5, C240 M5 and C480 M5 servers that require registered memory with error correction.

Build Integration

Each module uses the 288-pin DDR4 form factor and operates at 1.2V with CL21 latency. The kit replaces Cisco part numbers HXMRX64G2RTH, HXSPM64G2RTH, UCSMRX64G2RTH and UCSMRX64G2RTHS. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs. Backward compatibility covers 2133, 2400 and 2666MHz speeds.

Thermals and Power

Modules run at the standard 1.2V DDR4 voltage without heat spreaders. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller. Passive cooling relies on server chassis airflow. No active cooling components are included.
