Portable NVMe storage for creative workflows

The OWC Express 1M2 provides 4 TB of NVMe capacity in a bus-powered enclosure that connects over USB4. It is aimed at audio, design and photography professionals who need fast external storage for daily capture, backup and collaborative production work.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

Bus-powered operation means the drive draws all required power from the host USB4 port without an external adapter. The enclosure manages heat passively during sustained transfers, keeping acoustic output low in quiet studio environments.

Rugged enclosure and USB4 connectivity

The compact chassis is built for transport between location shoots and studio desks. A single USB4 cable handles both data and power, simplifying cable management and allowing quick connection to laptops or workstations that support the interface.
