Tru-Ray Heavyweight Construction Paper

This pack contains fifty sheets of 76 lb sulphite paper in a warm brown shade. The 12 x 18 inch format suits classroom projects, posters and large-format crafts. Each sheet is vat-dyed so the colour runs through the full thickness.

Sulphite fibre limits

The 100% sulphite construction gives long, strong fibres that resist cracking when scored, folded or curled. Heavier media such as thick paint or layered collage may saturate the surface and cause buckling. Very fine detail work is constrained by the paper's tooth.

Capacity and headroom

Fifty sheets provide enough stock for multiple class sessions or a large group activity. The 76 lb weight handles wet media, scoring and repeated folding without tearing through. Intricate die-cutting or laser engraving exceeds the practical capability of this sheet.
