Tracing Pad for Dry Media Artists

This Pacon Art1st pad supplies 40 sheets of semi-transparent paper sized 9 x 12 inches. It is intended for students and illustrators who need a clean surface for tracing and overlay work with dry drawing tools.

Bleed-Free Surface for Layered Sketches

The bleed-free coating keeps pencil, pen, marker, charcoal and pastel lines sharp without feathering through the sheet. Artists can build up multiple overlays while the original drawing remains legible underneath.

SFI-Certified Pad with Simple Binding

Sheets are bound into a single pad and carry SFI certification for responsible forestry. The glue binding lets you tear off finished tracings cleanly, and the recyclable paper can enter standard recycling streams after use.

Questions about this item

When will I need to replace the 40-sheet pad?

The pad holds 40 sheets of 9 x 12 tracing paper; once those sheets are used you will need a new pad.

What limits how long I can draw on a single sheet?

Each 9 x 12 sheet is semi-transparent and bleed-free for dry media such as pencils, pens, markers, charcoal and pastels; heavy saturation may eventually show through.

Does the paper curl or smell after hours of use?

The 9 x 12 tracing sheets are recyclable, SFI-certified and made in the United States with no recycled content, so they stay flat and odour-free during extended sessions.
