Handwriting paper for grades 2/3

This Pacon handwriting paper uses a 1/2 inch short ruling designed for second and third grade students. Each ream contains 500 white sheets ruled on both sides with red baselines, blue dotted midlines and blue headlines. The paper conforms to both Zaner Bloser and D'Nealian handwriting systems. Model 2422 provides consistent spacing for classroom practice.

Suited for early cursive and print practice

Teachers and parents guiding children through Zaner Bloser or D'Nealian curricula will find the ruling matches programme requirements. Buyers who need wide ruling for kindergarten, college ruling for older students, or unruled paper for drawing should look at other options. This ream is not intended for printer or copier feed.

1/2 inch short ruling with dual-system conformity

The defining specification is the 1/2 inch ruling combined with red baselines, blue dotted midlines and blue headlines that satisfy both Zaner Bloser and D'Nealian methods. This specific layout determines whether the paper matches the handwriting programme in use.

Questions about this item

Does the 500-sheet ream fit a standard letter-size tray?

The ream contains 500 sheets of standard letter-size paper, so it fits any tray designed for that format.

Is there a top or bottom side to load first?

Both sides are ruled identically with red baselines, blue dotted midlines and blue headlines, so either side faces up.

Will the ruling fade or wear off with daily classroom use?

The ruling is printed on the paper and lasts for the life of each sheet; simply replace sheets as they are used.
