1/2 Inch Ruling with Picture Space

The single specification that decides fit is the 1/2 inch long ruling paired with a 4-1/4 inch picture space at the top of each sheet. Pages are ruled on both sides with red baselines, blue dotted midlines at 1/4 inch intervals, and blue headlines. This layout matches specific curriculum requirements exactly.
