Product identity

Pacon 4712 is a 12 x 18 inch, 57 lb white sulphite drawing paper supplied in a 500-sheet ream. It is intended for classrooms, studios and offices that need a bright-white surface for dry media such as pencil, charcoal and crayon.

Build fit

The heavyweight 100% sulphite stock provides medium tooth that accepts watercolor washes without buckling, freeing the user from taping sheets to a board. Its recyclable composition suits environments with sustainability requirements.

Upgrade path

This ream replaces lighter-weight newsprint or bond pads that feather under wet media or tear under repeated erasing. The jump is worthwhile when a project demands consistent tooth across 500 sheets of uniform 12 x 18 format.
