38 oz Rectangular Containers

These black polypropylene containers hold 38 oz each and come in a carton of 150 base-and-lid combos. They are designed for commercial kitchens, catering operations and meal-prep services that need reliable single-compartment packaging for hot or cold foods.

Check microwave and dishwasher compatibility

Verify that your microwave and commercial dishwasher can accommodate containers measuring 8.8 inches wide, 6 inches deep and 2.5 inches high. Confirm that your storage area has enough clearance for the rectangular nest-style stacks before ordering the full carton.

Replaces round or hinged-lid takeout boxes

The leak-resistant, non-vented seal and stackable rectangular shape reduce storage footprint compared with bulkier round containers or hinged-lid clamshells. The jump is worth it when portion control, reheat durability and compact nesting are priorities for high-volume service.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 150-count carton and is anything else required?

The carton contains 150 black rectangular containers with clear lids, each holding 38 oz. No additional items are needed; the base-and-lid combos are ready to use.

Should I choose the 38 oz size or a different capacity for meal prep?

Each container holds 38 oz, suited for single-portion entrees or large sides. If you need smaller or larger portions, select a different capacity; this carton only includes the 38 oz version.

How does the 38 oz capacity translate to actual food storage in a microwave?

The 38 oz volume fits a generous main dish with sides. The polypropylene construction is microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe and reusable, and the tight-fitting lid seals in heat without venting.
