Delivers 8000 lumen WUXGA laser projection with a 1.36-2.10:1 lens, 25,000:1 contrast and 20,000-hour lamp life for large-venue installations
The PT-REZ80BU7 delivers 8000 lumens of brightness with a native WUXGA resolution of 1920 x 1200. It uses a DLP laser light source rated for up to 24000 hours in low brightness mode. A standard throw lens covering a 1.36 to 2.10:1 ratio is included in the black cabinet.
The powered lens shift provides vertical adjustment up to 60 percent and horizontal up to 29 percent, while keystone correction handles angles up to 40 degrees in both axes. The 360-degree orientation support allows portrait or floor mounting. Buyers who need ultra-short throw distances or motorised zoom and focus should look at other models.
The lens covers a throw ratio of 1.36 to 2.10:1, which determines the projector distance for a given image width. At a 200-inch screen the throw distance is 24.6 feet. Verify this range matches the room geometry before purchase.

The 8000-lumen laser is rated for 20,000 hours at medium brightness and 24,000 hours at low brightness, with no lamp replacements needed during that period.
Any device with HDMI or DisplayPort output — laptops, media players, conferencing codecs — can connect directly to the two HDMI and one DisplayPort inputs.
The included lens covers 1.36-2.10:1, so it reaches slightly wider and slightly longer throws than a 1.5-2.0:1 lens, reducing the need to reposition the mount.
