Field Workers Needing Durability and Cellular Access

This unit suits professionals who require MIL-STD-810G and IP65 certified protection against shock, vibration, dust and water. Integrated 4G LTE multi-carrier connectivity provides mobile data in remote locations. Buyers who need a larger display, higher resolution for detailed graphics or a lighter device for daily commuting should consider other form factors.

Sunlight-Viewable 10.1 Inch XGA Touchscreen

The defining specification is the 1024 x 768 resolution touchscreen designed for outdoor visibility and stylus operation. This screen size and aspect ratio determine whether the device fits existing vehicle mounts or software interfaces. Questions about this item

What AC adapter or dock connector does the CF-19 MK8 require to charge and run?

It uses the proprietary Panasonic docking connector on the bottom of the chassis; the matching AC adapter or port replicator plugs into that connector to supply power.

Will the USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports on this Toughbook work with my existing USB 2.0 peripherals?

Yes — the USB 3.0 port is backward-compatible with USB 2.0 devices, and the dedicated USB 2.0 port works natively with your current peripherals.

How can I confirm the 4G LTE modem is active after inserting a SIM and booting Windows 10 Pro?

Open Settings > Network & Internet > Cellular; the carrier name, signal bars and data status appear there when the multi-carrier unlocked modem has registered on the network.
