Fully rugged 2-in-1 detachable

The Panasonic Toughbook CF-20 is a fully rugged laptop that detaches into a 10.1-inch tablet with one hand. It is built for field workers who need a single device for desk and mobile tasks. MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461F and IP65 certifications confirm resistance to drops, shock, vibration, dust, water and temperature extremes. The magnesium alloy chassis includes a handle that doubles as a kickstand.

16 GB memory ceiling and 256 GB SSD

The system ships with 16 GB of memory, which matches the maximum supported capacity, leaving no headroom for upgrades. The 256 GB solid-state drive handles the operating system and core field applications, but storage runs out quickly with large media libraries or offline map caches. Intel HD Graphics 515 drives the 1920 x 1200 multi-touch display for routine visualisation tasks.

Replaces separate laptop and tablet kits

This unit consolidates a rugged laptop and a rugged tablet into one 3.9-pound device, removing the need to purchase, manage and carry two machines. The jump is worth it when workflows shift between keyboard-intensive reporting and pen-driven inspection on site. Buyers who need upgradeable memory, larger local storage or discrete graphics should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the CF-20's 10/100/1000 LAN port work with my older 100 Mbps network switch?

Yes, the Gigabit Ethernet port auto-negotiates down to 100 Mbps and 10 Mbps, so it connects to legacy switches without configuration.

How can I confirm the 4G LTE FirstNet EM7511 module is active after I insert a SIM?

Open Windows Settings, go to Network & Internet > Cellular; the carrier name and signal bars appear when the modem registers on Band 14.

Does the package contain the digitizer pen and the power adapter shown in the photos?

The box includes the CF-20 unit, battery, AC adapter, power cord and the digitizer pen; paper manuals are not supplied.
