Questions about this item

How do I install the 1 TB SSD in the CF-31 MK6, and what step is often missed?

Remove the drive cover, slide the 1 TB SSD into the bay until it clicks, replace the cover and screws; the step most skip is fully seating the connector before tightening the screws.

What maintenance will the 16 GB DDR4 memory need later?

The 16 GB DDR4 is soldered and not user-replaceable, so no routine memory maintenance is required; if capacity becomes limiting, the only option is a full system upgrade.

What limit appears first during sustained heavy workloads on the Core i7-7600U?

The dual-core 2.80 GHz processor with 3.90 GHz turbo and shared Intel HD Graphics 620 memory will hit thermal throttling before the 1 TB SSD or 16 GB DDR4 become bottlenecks.
