45U Two-Post Rack for Telecom and Data Centres

The Panduit R2PWH is a 45U two-post rack frame built from white aluminium. It provides a stationary mounting platform for telecommunication and data centre equipment with a static weight capacity of 1000 lb. The rack measures 84 inches in height, 20.3 inches in width and 3 inches in depth. It is RoHS certified and suits environments that require a lightweight, open-frame structure.

Bundled Hardware and Grounding Kit

The package includes twelve 3/8-16 by 1 inch hex head cap screws, twelve 3/8-16 hex nuts and twenty-four 3/8 inch paint-piercing grounding washers. A tube of anti-oxidising paste and twenty-four 12-24 by 0.5 inch slotted pan head steel screws are also supplied. These components enable immediate assembly and electrically bonded mounting without sourcing separate fastening or grounding hardware.

#12-24 Threaded E-Rails for Equipment Mounting

The rack features #12-24 threaded aluminium E-rails finished in white. This thread pattern accepts standard server, patch-panel and network-gear mounting screws directly. Equipment that requires square-hole rails, M6 threads or deeper front-to-rear support will not mount to this frame without additional adapters or a different rack type.
