Patch cord for short connections

This Category 6 UTP patch cord uses 28 AWG stranded copper conductors in a small-diameter jacket. It is built for patch-panel to switch links or device connections in cabinets and racks. The cable carries a dual CM/LSZH rating and terminates in high-performance modular plugs.

Suited for dense patching, not long runs

Technicians who need flexible, space-saving cords for cross-connects and equipment patching will find the thin profile helpful. Buyers who need a fixed horizontal run longer than the standards allow for 28 AWG should choose a larger-gauge solid-core cable instead.

28 AWG stranded conductors decide fit

The 28 AWG stranded construction determines both the cable's flexibility and its maximum permitted installed length under TIA standards. Verify that your link distance stays within the 28 AWG limit before specifying this cord.
