Scale and subject

This 1/72 scale diecast model depicts the Leopard 2A4 Main Battle Tank fitted with a snorkel in German Army green camouflage. It belongs to the Armor Premium series by Panzerkampf and arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging. The replica is aimed at adult collectors and military-history enthusiasts who value accurate, ready-to-display armour miniatures.

Fixed-hull upgrade

Unlike earlier diecast tanks that relied on stick-on decals, this release uses pad-printed markings that resist fading and peeling. The turret rotates and the cannon elevates, adding poseable detail without any hull openings or interior access. A limited-edition production run makes the jump worthwhile for collectors who want a more durable finish and a protective display case included in the box.

Display-focused collectors

The model suits buyers who want a painted, assembled piece for shelf or cabinet display with a small footprint of roughly four inches long. It is not for hobbyists who prefer kit-building, weathering or motorised features, nor for anyone needing opening hatches, removable panels or moving tracks. The fixed tracks and sealed hull keep the detail clean but rule out internal detailing or conversion work.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of this 1/72 scale Leopard 2A4 model for shelf planning?

The model measures approximately 4.25 inches long, 5.25 inches with the cannon forward, 2 inches wide, and 1.75 inches high.

Does the turret and cannon require assembly or do they move freely out of the box?

The turret rotates and the cannon elevates freely for dynamic display; no assembly is needed as the model arrives fully assembled.

Will the green camouflage markings fade or peel over time on this diecast tank?

The markings are pad-printed directly onto the surface, so they resist fading and peeling far better than traditional decals.
