Product Identity

Paris Business Products 04116 is perforated laser-cut paper designed for high-volume printing environments. Each carton delivers 2500 sheets of 20 lb bright white stock with a single horizontal perforation 5-1/2 inches from the bottom. It suits offices, mailrooms and organisations that produce invoices, statements, coupons or bulletins in large batches.

Storage and Handling

Five 500-sheet reams are individually shrink-wrapped to control moisture and keep sheets flat before use. The poly wrap includes an easy-open tear tape so reams can be loaded quickly without damaging the perforation. Proper storage maintains reliable feeding through laser, inkjet and digital devices.

Perforation Position

The sole perforation sits 5-1/2 inches from the bottom edge, creating a fixed tear-off section that determines the final document layout. Buyers who need a different fold line, multiple perforations or a non-standard sheet size cannot use this product.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 8-1/2 x 11 inch perforated sheets so the tear line feeds correctly?

Fan the 20 lb stack, align the 5-1/2 inch perforation horizontally, and load the ream with the tear tape facing up; the printer pulls the long edge first so the stub separates cleanly.

What storage care keeps the 2500 sheets flat for later print runs?

Keep each 500-sheet ream in its poly wrap with the tear strip sealed; store cartons flat in a climate-controlled room to prevent curl that causes misfeeds.

At what volume does the 92 bright stock start to dust the feed rollers?

Extended runs beyond a full 2500-sheet carton can leave fine paper dust on rollers; schedule a roller cleaning after each carton to maintain feed reliability.
