Compact desktop for gaming and creative work

The Partaker B23 pairs a 20-core 28-thread Intel Core i7-14700F with an RTX 4070 Super 12GB GDDR6X graphics card. 32GB of dual-channel DDR5-5600 memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVME SSD provide fast load times for games, 3D rendering and AI workloads. The 11.6-inch liquid-cooled chassis fits on a desk or in a living-room setup.

Four 8K60 outputs and modern connectivity

One HDMI 2.1 and three DisplayPort 1.4a ports drive up to four displays at 8K 60Hz each. Dual 1000Mbps LAN, WiFi7 and Bluetooth 5.4 handle wired and wireless networking. Two SO-DIMM slots support up to 96GB of DDR5, while two 2.5-inch SATA 3.0 bays allow additional storage expansion. A fiber optic audio port carries 7.1 surround sound.

Steps up from DDR4 and PCIe 3.0 systems

DDR5-5600 runs at twice the data rate of DDR4-3200, and the PCIe 4.0 SSD is twice as fast as a PCIe 3.0 drive, cutting texture streaming stalls and compile times. The 20-core CPU and 7168 CUDA cores replace mid-range 6-core or 8-core desktops for 1440p ultra or 4K high-refresh gaming. Buyers who need more than four simultaneous displays or a larger internal drive bay count should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 32GB DDR5 version or add more memory up to the 96GB maximum?

The system ships with 32GB of DDR5-5600 in two SO-DIMM slots and supports up to 96GB total, so you can start with the included capacity and add modules later if workloads demand it.

What does the 5.4GHz turbo frequency on the Core i7-14700F deliver in actual use?

The 20-core, 28-thread CPU can reach 5.4GHz max turbo, giving strong single-thread speed for gaming and high multi-thread throughput for rendering or compilation workloads.

How does the PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot limit the 1TB SSD speed compared with newer standards?

The single M.2 NVMe slot runs at PCIe 4.0, so the included 1TB drive is capped at that generation’s bandwidth rather than PCIe 5.0 speeds.
