Purpose-built firewall appliance

The Partaker C2-I7 10810U-New-8G512G is a fan-cooled mini PC designed for network security workloads. It ships with an Intel Core i7-10810U processor, 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a 512 GB M.2 drive. The all-aluminium chassis and PWM-controlled fan keep the system stable in commercial and industrial environments. RouterOS support makes it ready for routing, VPN and gateway tasks out of the box.

Build integration

Four Intel i210-AT/i211-AT Gigabit LAN ports provide wired connectivity without extra cards. A 9 V to 36 V DC input accepts industrial or automotive power sources directly. The compact 135 x 134 x 48 mm case mounts on a wall, a VESA bracket or a desktop. One DDR4 SODIMM slot supports up to 32 GB, and an additional 2.5 inch SATA bay plus an M.2 2280 slot allow RAID 0/1 storage expansion. Two three-pin Phoenix ports can be configured as RS-232 or RS-485 for serial device integration.

Bundled accessories

The package includes a matching power supply, power cord, VESA mount and warranty card. Auto power-on, timed boot, Wake-on-LAN, PXE boot and a 0-255 level watchdog are handled by the AMI UEFI BIOS with TPM 2.0. Six USB 3.1 ports, HDMI, audio, a SIM slot and a mini-PCIe slot for wireless modules are available without adding external hubs.

Questions about this item

How much RAM can the single DDR4 slot accept before it hits the 32 GB ceiling?

The SODIMM slot supports DDR4-2400 or DDR4-2666 modules up to 32 GB, so that is the hard memory limit.

What noise and heat should I expect when the fan runs continuously at full load?

A PWM-controlled fan spins up only as needed; the all-aluminium chassis spreads heat silently at idle and keeps surface temperature within the 0–40 °C commercial range under sustained traffic.

Which power source must I already have on site for the 9–36 V input to work?

Any DC supply delivering 9 to 36 volts — industrial DIN-rail units, vehicle batteries or the bundled adapter — will power the appliance without extra converters.
