Silent Fanless Appliance

The Partaker H1 is a new fanless firewall appliance built around an Intel Core i5-1235U processor with ten cores and twelve threads reaching 4.4 GHz. It ships with 64 GB of DDR5 memory and a 1 TB NVMe drive in a compact aluminium chassis measuring 170 by 140 by 58 mm. The system is designed for silent, continuous operation in industrial control, robotics, IoT and edge deployments.

Connectivity & Expansion

Four Intel i226 2.5 GbE RJ-45 ports and two Intel 82599 10 GbE SFP+ ports provide high-density wired networking, with LAN1 supporting vPro. Triple video outputs (HD, DP, Type-C) drive displays up to 4096 by 2160 at 60 Hz. Internal expansion uses three M.2 slots (2280 NVMe, 2230 E-key, 2242/3052 B-key) plus an external Nano-SIM slot for 4G or 5G modules, while front and rear I/O include USB 2.0, USB 3.2, a COM console port and DC 12 V power input.

Ideal For Quiet Edge Nodes

This appliance suits buyers who need a passively cooled, multi-gigabit platform with abundant M.2 flexibility and TPM 2.0 security for always-on network services. It is not for users who require active cooling headroom for sustained heavy compute, built-in Wi-Fi or cellular radios, PoE switching, or a larger number of copper Ethernet ports beyond the four provided.

Questions about this item

How hot does the i5-1235U run inside the fanless 170×140×58 mm chassis under continuous load?

The passively cooled aluminium case dissipates heat silently across its full surface area, keeping the 10-core processor within thermal limits during sustained firewall workloads.

What is the power draw of the appliance when all six network ports and 64 GB DDR5 are active 24/7?

The 12 V DC input feeds the i5-1235U, dual-channel DDR5 4800 memory, four i226 2.5 GbE ports and two 82599 10 GbE SFP+ interfaces with no moving parts.

Which SFP+ transceivers are required to light up the dual 10 GbE ports?

The rear panel provides two Intel 82599-based SFP+ cages; insert compatible 10 GbE modules and fibre or DAC cables to activate the uplinks.
