Industrial fanless desktop for embedded use

This Partaker I11 is a fanless industrial PC built around an Intel Core i7-7560U with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB SSD. It targets automation, kiosk or edge-computing deployments that need silent 24-hour operation in a compact aluminium chassis. The system ships with Windows 10 Pro and is Windows 11 ready.

Straightforward mounting and wiring

The unit includes mounting ears for DIN-rail or wall installation and a DC 12V 3A power adapter that accepts 100-240V AC input. All I/O ports face the same side, simplifying cable routing in tight cabinets. The single SO-DIMM slot is already populated to the 32GB maximum, so no memory upgrades are possible without replacing the module.

Connectivity limits of the provided interfaces

Dual Intel i211 Gigabit LAN ports and 802.11ac Wi-Fi with dual antennas handle wired and wireless networking. Six COM ports support RS232, RS422 and RS485 modes selectable in BIOS for legacy industrial equipment. Dual display output via VGA and HDMI runs from the integrated Iris Plus Graphics 640, while four USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports cover peripheral connections.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the fanless cooling is keeping the i7-7560U within limits after installation?

Enter the BIOS on first boot and confirm the CPU temperature stays below the thermal threshold while the aluminium chassis runs silently under load.

What ships with the I11 and which storage or wireless parts must be sourced separately?

The unit includes the fanless chassis, 32 GB DDR4 SO-DIMM, 1 TB SSD, Windows 10 Pro licence, dual Wi-Fi antennas and a 12 V 3 A power adapter; additional M.2 2280, mSATA or 2.5-inch drives are optional.

Which CPU option fits a 24/7 industrial workload needing six serial ports and dual LAN?

The i7-7560U with Iris Plus 640 graphics, 2× Intel i211 Gigabit LAN and 6 COM ports (RS232/422/485 switchable in BIOS) is built for continuous operation.
