Fanless Industrial Desktop

The Partaker I11 is a fanless industrial desktop PC built around an Intel Core i7-10510U processor. Its brushed aluminium chassis dissipates heat passively, allowing continuous 24-hour operation in noise-sensitive or dust-prone environments. The system ships with Windows 10 Pro and is Windows 11 ready. It targets integrators and engineers who need a compact, rugged platform for edge computing, automation or kiosk deployments.

Who it suits and who it does not

This unit suits buyers who need silent, fanless reliability with legacy serial connectivity; the six COM ports support RS232, RS422 and RS485 switching from BIOS. It also provides dual Intel Gigabit LAN, dual display via VGA and HDMI, and an embedded SIM slot for 3G or 4G modules. Buyers who require internal 2.5-inch drive bays, higher memory capacity than 32GB, or active cooling for sustained heavy workloads should look elsewhere.

Memory and storage expansion

The board offers a single SO-DIMM DDR4 slot supporting up to 32GB of memory. Storage can be added through one mSATA SSD, one M.2 2280 SSD and one 2.5-inch hard drive. This combination determines whether the platform can meet your application's memory footprint and data-retention needs.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the I11 desktop and which step is commonly missed?

Use the integrated mounting ears to secure the 210*155*50mm aluminum chassis to a wall or DIN rail; the step often missed is confirming the DC 12V3A power adapter is connected before tightening the final screw.

What storage upgrades will the I11 need later and what are the limits?

The board provides one SO-DIMM DDR4 slot supporting up to 32GB, one M.2 2280 slot, one mSATA slot and one 2.5 inch bay; plan to add RAM or a second SSD when workloads exceed the factory 8GB and 128GB.

What thermal limit appears first when the fanless I11 runs at full load continuously?

The passively cooled aluminum case relies on surface area to dissipate heat from the i7-10510U; sustained 100 % CPU utilisation will hit the chassis temperature ceiling before any throttling circuit activates.
