Industrial Fanless Mini PC

The Partaker I16B is a compact desktop computer built for continuous industrial workloads. It runs on an Intel Core i3-6100T processor with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 256GB SSD. Windows 11 Pro comes preinstalled and ready for immediate deployment in control cabinets or embedded stations.

Silent Passive Cooling and 35W Draw

A fanless aluminium chassis dissipates heat without moving parts, delivering completely silent operation. The system draws 35W typical power and accepts a wide DC input from 9V to 36V with reverse-polarity protection. An external 12V 10A supply is included for standard AC connection.

Six COM Ports and Dual Expansion Slots

Six serial ports support RS232, RS422 and RS485 protocols for legacy automation gear. A full-size PCIe x16 slot and a PCI slot accept expansion cards up to 210mm long. Buyers who need more than six COM interfaces or additional PCIe lanes should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the I16B and what is the common wiring mistake with the DC Phoenix connector?

Mount the 210 x 240 x 138 mm aluminium chassis on a flat surface with airflow; the 9–36 V DC Phoenix connector includes reverse-polarity protection, but installers often forget to tighten the screw terminals, causing intermittent power loss.

Which storage drives will need replacement first and what are the limits?

The 256 GB mSATA SSD and any 2.5-inch SATA drives added later are the only moving-part-free storage; both support RAID 0/1, but the mSATA slot is limited to one drive and the two SATA bays max out at 2.5-inch form factor.

What thermal limit appears first during continuous 7×24 operation?

The fanless design is rated for 0–50 °C with commercial drives and –20–60 °C with industrial SSDs; sustained loads at 35 W typical consumption will hit the upper ambient limit before the CPU throttles.
