24 x 28 Inch Reclosable Poly Bags

These clear poly bags measure 24 by 28 inches inside and come in a carton of one hundred. The single-track zipper runs the full width to keep contents clean and dry. They meet FDA and USDA requirements for food contact. The bags are reusable and suited for shipping, storage or mailroom organisation.

4 Mil Thickness and Zipper Seal

At four mil thick the bags resist tearing during normal handling. The zipper closure opens and closes repeatedly without tools or heat sealing. No power, cooling or noise considerations apply to this passive packaging product. The clear material allows instant visual identification of contents.

Reusable Clear Packaging

Each bag can be reopened and reused, reducing single-use waste in daily operations. The wide opening accommodates bulky or irregular items while the zipper maintains a secure seal. Carton quantity of one hundred supports high-volume packing stations. Buyers needing heat-sealed or tamper-evident bags should consider a different closure style.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the 24 x 28 inch bag and what step do people often miss?

Press the single-track zipper firmly across the full 28-inch width; the common mistake is stopping halfway, leaving a gap that lets moisture in.

When will these 4 mil poly bags need replacing if I reuse them?

Replace a bag when the zipper no longer locks end-to-end or the film shows tears; 4 mil thickness resists punctures but repeated heavy loads will fatigue the seal first.

What is the first limit I hit when packing sharp or heavy items in these 100-count cartons?

The 4 mil wall punctures before the zipper fails, so sharp edges or concentrated weight will breach the film before the closure gives way.
