Tan Carton Sealing Tape — 3 mil heavy-duty

This tan carton sealing tape is built for hand application in shipping and mailroom operations. The rubber adhesive provides a heavy-duty bond rated at 42 lb/in tensile strength. Each roll measures 3 inches wide by 55 yards long and comes in a 24-pack case for high-volume use.

Capacity and headroom for sealing workloads

The 50-metre roll length gives ample footage for continuous carton sealing without frequent roll changes. The adhesive performs reliably between minus 20 degrees F and 150 degrees F, covering cold storage and warm transit conditions. Shelf life is rated at 12 months, so stock can be kept on hand without degradation.

3 mil thickness and HP 500 series rating

The 3 mil film thickness and HP 500 series designation define the tape’s strength class for demanding packaging tasks. Buyers who need a thinner film for light cartons or a different adhesive chemistry should look elsewhere. This specification determines whether the tape matches the required sealing performance.

Questions about this item

Will the 3‑inch wide rolls fit my existing hand dispenser?

Each roll is 3 inches (72 mm) wide, the standard width for most hand‑held carton‑sealing dispensers.

How can I confirm the tape meets the 42 lb/in tensile rating after I start using it?

A clean, firm seal that holds a packed carton without splitting or stretching under normal handling indicates the heavy‑duty rating is performing.

What comes in the PK24 case and do I need a separate dispenser?

The case contains 24 rolls of 3‑mil tan tape, each 55 yd (50 m) long; a hand dispenser is not included and must be purchased separately.
