Deluxe Literature Mailer 10x8x1-1/2 Kraft

The Partners Brand Deluxe Literature Mailer is a rigid shipping container designed for documents and flat items. Each unit measures 10 inches by 8 inches by 1 1/2 inches and arrives in Kraft colour. The pack contains 50 mailers for high-volume dispatch needs.

Upgrade from basic envelopes

Standard padded envelopes often lack the structural rigidity to protect catalogues or certificates from bending. These mailers replace flimsy alternatives when corner protection and a professional presentation are required. The jump is worth it for businesses sending marketing collateral that must arrive pristine.

Limits of the corrugated construction

The fixed 1 1/2 inch depth restricts contents to literature and slim media; thicker products will not close securely. Kraft material offers moisture resistance but is not waterproof for extended outdoor exposure. The self-seal flap is single-use, so the mailer cannot be resealed after opening.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of each Kraft literature mailer in the pack of 50?

Each mailer measures 10 inches by 8 inches by 1 1/2 inches deep.

How do I assemble the Deluxe Literature Mailer without tearing the scored flaps?

Fold the side walls up first, then fold the dust flaps in before closing the lid; the self-seal strip activates only when the lid presses flat.

When should I replace a mailer instead of reusing it for another shipment?

Replace any mailer that shows crushed corners, torn dust flaps, or a self-seal strip that no longer bonds cleanly.
