White Edge Protectors for Shipping

Partners Brand EP2230225BX edge protectors are cased shipping supplies measuring 2" x 2" x 30" with a .225 thickness. Each case contains 70 white pieces designed to reinforce carton corners and edges during transit. They suit warehouses and mailrooms that need consistent edge protection for stacked shipments.

Operations That Need Corner Reinforcement

These protectors fit workflows where palletised boxes require added rigidity on 2-inch legs. They are not intended for situations that call for a different leg length, a different thickness, or a quantity other than 70 per case. Buyers who need wider coverage or heavier-duty material should look at other specifications.

30-Inch Length and 70-Piece Case Count

The 30" length determines how much vertical edge a single piece covers, while the 70-piece case quantity sets the reorder volume. Match these two numbers to your carton height and monthly shipping volume to confirm the product fits your packing line.

Questions about this item

Which package quantity should I choose for my shipping volume?

The product is sold as a single case containing 70 edge protectors, each measuring 2" x 2" x 30".

What protection does the .225 thickness provide for box corners?

The .225 inch thick material reinforces 2" x 2" corners along 30" edges, distributing strapping pressure to prevent crushing during transit.

How do these cased edge protectors work with standard strapping systems?

The 2" x 2" legs fit over box corners while the 30" length spans the edge, allowing strapping to tighten against the white .225 thick protector without damaging cartons.
