Clear Flat Poly Bags for Bulk Shipping

Partners Brand flat poly bags measure 15 by 24 inches and come in a 500-count pack. The clear 2 mil polyethylene construction lets you see contents at a glance. They suit warehouses, e-commerce fulfilment and general mailing operations that need high-volume protective packaging.

Consistent Strength Across Large Runs

Each bag maintains uniform thickness throughout the 500-piece quantity so sealing performance does not vary from the first unit to the last. The material resists punctures and tears during packing, conveyance and stacking. Large orders stay predictable without unexpected weak spots.

Lightweight Protection With Minimal Waste

Thin 2 mil walls add negligible weight to shipments while keeping dust and moisture off contents. The flat design stores compactly on shelves and feeds cleanly from the carton. No special handling or ventilation is required for normal indoor use.

Questions about this item

Will running these bags through a heat-sealer all day create fumes or excessive heat in the packing area?

The supplier notes a California Proposition 65 warning for chemicals known to cause cancer and reproductive harm, so ventilation is advisable during continuous heat-sealing.

What equipment must I already have to use these 15 by 24 inch flat poly bags?

You need a heat sealer, impulse sealer or tape dispenser wide enough for the 24 inch opening, plus a work surface that accommodates the 15 inch width.

Can I feed these 2 mil clear bags into the automatic bagger that handled my previous 1.5 mil stock?

Most automatic baggers adjust for thickness, but verify the machine accepts 2 mil film and the 15 by 24 inch dimensions before loading the 500-count pack.
