Open End Bubble-Lite Mailer

These open-end mailers measure four by eight inches and use a 55-pound golden kraft paper made from one hundred percent recycled content with twenty-five percent post-consumer material. A welded seam and a bubble-lite liner protect contents while keeping the package light. Each box contains five hundred envelopes.

Replaces Heavier Padded Mailers

Switching from bulkier padded options cuts shipping weight and storage space without losing cushioning. The moisture-resistant kraft exterior and peel-and-seal closure speed up packing lines for high-volume shippers. The jump is worth it when you send many small items and want a lower dimensional-weight bill.

Suits High-Volume E-Commerce Shippers

Operations that pack hundreds of small products daily benefit from the quick-seal flap and the five-hundred-count carton. Buyers who need larger dimensions, heavier-duty bubble lining or a windowed face should look at other mailer styles.
