Flat Poly Bags for Large Items

These clear poly bags measure 28 inches by 60 inches and are sold in a pack of 100. They suit operations that need to wrap or ship oversized products in a single layer. The 2 mil thickness provides a lightweight barrier against dust and moisture during transit or storage.

Pack Quantity and Handling

A single box delivers 100 bags, reducing reorder frequency for high-volume stations. Orders of 75 or more ship free directly from the manufacturer. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the material contains a chemical known to the state to cause cancer and reproductive harm.

Capacity Limits and Fit

Each bag accommodates items that fit within the 28 by 60 inch footprint, making it practical for bedding, rolled textiles or large components. The 2 mil gauge is not designed for heavy or sharp objects that could puncture the film. Buyers needing thicker protection or smaller counts should consider other options.

Questions about this item

Will the 2 mil thickness hold up if I reuse the bags for multiple shipments?

The bags are 2 mil thick and intended for single use; repeated packing and sealing will stretch or tear the material, so plan on a fresh bag for each shipment.

What dimension limits what I can fit inside the 28 by 60 inch opening?

The flat opening measures 28 inches wide by 60 inches long, so any item wider than 28 inches or longer than 60 inches will not fit.

Do the bags give off any smell or heat when stored in a warm warehouse all day?

The clear polyethylene material is inert at normal warehouse temperatures and does not emit noticeable odour or heat during extended storage.
