Double-Wall Shipping Box

Partners Brand HD201612DW double-wall corrugated boxes measure 20 in x 16 in x 12 in and arrive in a pack of 15. The kraft construction provides rigid protection for heavy or fragile items during transit. They suit small businesses, warehouses and anyone shipping bulkier goods.

Flat-Pack Assembly

Each box ships flat and folds into shape without tools; the double-wall flaps interlock for a secure seal once taped. The main issue is under-taping the bottom seam, which can split under weight. Apply pressure-sensitive tape across the centre join and both edges for a reliable closure.

Pre-Order Checks

Verify that your contents fit within the 20 x 16 x 12 in interior dimensions and that the total weight stays within the box’s rated capacity. Confirm you have adequate pallet or shelf space to store 15 flat boxes before they are assembled. Ensure your carrier accepts this carton size for the intended service level.
