Triangle Mailing Tubes for Shipping

Partners Brand MTM336 tubes measure 3 by 36 1/4 inches and arrive in a 50-count bundle. The triangular cross-section resists rolling on conveyor belts and stacks neatly in mailroom bins. White exterior provides a clean surface for address labels and postage. Suited for high-volume shippers mailing posters, blueprints or rolled documents.

Geometry replaces caps and tape

Triangular shape locks together without plastic end caps, cutting packing time and material cost. Flat faces accept adhesive labels directly, removing the need for separate label holders. Rigid walls protect contents from bending during automated sorting. Bundle quantity of 50 aligns with typical daily mail runs.

Mailrooms sending rolled prints daily

Ideal for offices, schools and print shops that ship large-format paper every day. Not suited for fragile items needing cushioning or for parcels requiring waterproof sealed tubes. Buyers needing diameter-specific round tubes or heavy-duty crush resistance should look at alternative designs. Single-wall construction limits reuse for multi-trip returns.

Questions about this item

Will the 36-inch tubes need any replacement parts over time?

The tubes are single-use mailing containers with no replaceable components; each bundle provides 50 complete units for one-time shipping.

What stops me from loading more than the rated length into the 36-inch tube?

The fixed 36 1/4-inch interior length is the hard limit; contents longer than that cannot be sealed inside the triangular tube.

How much heat or noise do the tubes generate during all-day packing?

The tubes are passive cardboard products — they produce no heat, noise, or power draw during continuous packing operations.
