Mailing Tubes for Document Shipping

These white mailing tubes measure 1-1/2 inches in diameter by 24 inches in length and come with protective caps. They are designed for businesses and individuals who need to ship rolled documents, posters, or blueprints without folding. The pack contains 50 tubes, providing a bulk supply for regular mailing operations.

Check Document Dimensions Before Ordering

Verify that your items fit within the 1-1/2 inch diameter and 24 inch length before purchasing. Ensure the caps secure properly on both ends to protect contents during transit. Confirm that your shipping carrier accepts this tube size for standard mailing rates.

Replaces Smaller Tubes or Folded Shipping

This pack upgrades from using smaller diameter tubes that crease wide-format prints or from folding documents into flat envelopes. The jump is worth it when you regularly ship architectural plans, artwork, or charts that must arrive flat and undamaged. The 50-count package supports high-volume mailroom workflows.

Questions about this item

What does the pack contain and are extra caps needed?

The pack contains 50 white mailing tubes each measuring 1-1/2 inches by 24 inches with caps already fitted so no separate caps are required.

When should I choose the 1-1/2 by 24 inch tube over another size?

Choose this size when documents or posters roll to a maximum width of 1-1/2 inches and a length of 24 inches; larger items need a wider or longer tube.

How much protection does the 1-1/2 by 24 inch tube give in transit?

The rigid white tube with fitted caps shields rolled contents from bending and edge damage during shipping and mailroom handling.
