Jumbo Mailing Tubes 5 x 48 In

These Partners Brand tubes are built for shipping long, rolled items such as blueprints, posters or fabric. The 48-inch length accommodates oversized documents that would crease in standard envelopes. A pack of 15 provides enough stock for regular mailroom use or a single large project.

Kraft construction and pack quantity

The heavyweight Kraft paper resists tearing and protects contents from moisture and edge damage during transit. Each tube arrives ready to use with no assembly required, so packing time stays short even when volume spikes. Fifteen tubes per pack keeps the supply closet stocked without excessive reordering.

Length and diameter constraints

The fixed 48-inch length and 5-inch diameter mean anything longer, wider or significantly thicker will not fit. Items that require a telescopic adjustment or a larger internal diameter need a different tube format. Buyers who need custom lengths or reinforced ends should look for specialised alternatives.

Questions about this item

Will the 5-inch diameter tubes hold up if I need to reuse them for multiple shipments?

The heavy-duty Kraft construction resists crushing and edge splits, so the same tube can survive several round-trips before the ends start to fray.

At 48 inches long, will the tube bow or kink when I pack it full of rolled blueprints?

The rigid spiral-wound wall keeps the tube straight under normal document loads; only extreme over-packing causes a permanent bend.

Does the Kraft material trap heat or moisture if the tubes sit in a delivery truck all day?

The uncoated Kraft paper breathes, letting humidity escape instead of condensing inside the tube during long transit.
