Partners Brand PB10110 Flat Poly Bags

These clear polyethylene bags measure 16 by 22 inches and come in a pack of 1000. They are designed for general shipping, mailing and storage tasks where a lightweight transparent sleeve is required. The 2 mil thickness provides basic protection against dust and moisture during transit.

Sustained load behaviour

Under continuous packing operations the bags maintain consistent dimensions and seal integrity across the full 1000 count. The material resists splitting when filled to typical shipping weights and slides smoothly on automated or manual packing lines. No degradation in clarity or strength occurs during extended daily use.

Thermals noise and power

As passive packaging supplies the bags generate no heat, noise or electrical draw. They store flat without special climate requirements and add negligible weight to shipments. The only regulatory note is a California Proposition 65 warning regarding chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive harm.

Questions about this item

Does the 2 mil polyethylene film generate any noise, heat or power draw when the bags sit on a packing bench all day?

No, the bags are passive polyethylene film with no moving parts, electronics or power requirement, so they produce no noise, heat or power draw during continuous use.

What equipment or supplies must I already have to use these 16 x 22 inch flat poly bags?

You only need the items you intend to pack and a heat sealer, tape or twist ties to close each bag; no specialised machinery is required.

Will these clear 2 mil bags work with older impulse sealers or bagging frames I already own?

Yes, the standard 16 by 22 inch dimensions and 2 mil thickness are compatible with most existing impulse sealers, bagging frames and manual packaging stations.
