Partners Brand PB10111 Flat Poly Bags

These clear polyethylene bags measure sixteen by forty-eight inches with a two-mil thickness and come in a pack of two hundred fifty units. They suit warehouses, mailrooms and retailers needing large, lightweight sleeves for bulky or irregular items. The transparent material allows quick visual identification of contents during packing and shipping.

Best for high-volume shippers and bulk storage

Operations that dispatch oversized documents, textiles or flat components will find the generous length and quantity convenient. Users requiring resealable closures, heavier gauge film or smaller individual counts should evaluate alternative packaging formats. The product also carries California Proposition sixty-five warnings for chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive harm.

Two-mil thickness determines durability

The two-mil wall provides basic protection against dust, moisture and minor abrasion for lightweight loads. Heavier or sharp-edged contents may puncture this gauge, so buyers needing tear resistance for demanding applications must select a thicker specification.

Questions about this item

What size heat sealer or bag sealer do I need to close these 16 x 48 inch poly bags?

A sealer with a jaw width of at least 16 inches is required to seal the full open end of the bag in one pass.

Can I pack these 2-mil bags inside the same corrugated cartons I already use for heavier 4-mil bags?

Yes, the thinner 2-mil material reduces bulk so the same carton dimensions will hold more units without changing your outer packaging.

How can I verify the 250-count pack is complete when it arrives?

Count the individual bags in the pack; the quantity should total 250 pieces.
