Partners Brand PB1595 Poly Bags

Partners Brand PB1595 poly bags are clear plastic sacks sized at 10 by 8 by 20 inches. They arrive in a pack of 500 units for high-volume shipping rooms. Warehouses and mail-order teams use them to pack clothing, soft goods or lightweight components. The 2 mil thickness provides basic protection against dust and moisture during transit.

Behaviour under sustained packing loads

The 2 mil gauge holds its shape when filled repeatedly throughout a shift. Seams stay sealed on standard heat or impulse equipment without splitting. Clear film lets scanners read barcodes through the bag without opening each parcel. The material resists minor punctures from folded edges or zip pulls during continuous use.

Checklist before ordering

Verify that your heat sealer or tape dispenser accommodates the 20 inch depth. Confirm the 500-count case fits your shelf or dispenser rack space. Ensure the clear finish meets any carrier labelling rules for your shipping lanes. The bags are supplied flat and require no assembly before loading.

Questions about this item

How much storage space does a 500-count case of these 10 x 8 x 20 inch bags require?

Each bag measures 10 x 8 x 20 inches, so the full 500-count case will need shelf space scaled to those dimensions.

What equipment is needed to seal these 2 mil poly bags for shipping?

These clear poly bags have an open top and require a separate heat sealer, impulse sealer, or tape to close them securely.

Can these 1595 model bags be used with the same automatic bagging machine as my older stock?

Machine compatibility depends on the bag’s 10 x 8 x 20 inch size and 2 mil thickness matching the equipment specifications.
