WESTERN STATES Open End Catalog Envelopes 10 x 15 28# Tan Brown Kraft Center Seam Box of 500

Open-End Catalog Envelopes

These 10 x 15 inch open-end catalog envelopes arrive in a 500-count box of tan and brown kraft paper. The centre-seam construction and vellum finish suit high-volume mailing rooms that need a consistent, professional presentation for flat documents and catalogues. Each box weighs 28.5 lbs and carries SFI certification.

Build Integration

The remoistening seal requires only water to activate, removing the need for tape dispensers or pressure-sensitive equipment in the packing station. Open-end loading lets operators insert thick stacks quickly, freeing bench space that a side-seam format would occupy. The 28 lb paper weight feeds cleanly through standard inserters without jamming.

Sustained Load Behavior

Under continuous daily runs the SFI-certified kraft stock resists fibre fatigue better than lighter grades, keeping seal integrity intact across the full 500-piece carton. The vellum surface maintains ink adhesion for address printing without smudging, even when envelopes sit stacked for hours before dispatch. Centre-seam strength holds firm when envelopes are filled to capacity repeatedly.
