Product identity

These clear poly bags measure twelve by twelve by eighteen inches and come in a pack of five hundred. They are intended for businesses that ship or store lightweight items and need a low-cost, transparent bag for quick content identification.

Critical specification

The film thickness is two mil, which determines puncture resistance and load capacity for this product. Buyers who need a heavier gauge for sharp or dense contents should look elsewhere because this bag is rated only at that single thickness.

Handling characteristics

The lightweight polyethylene adds minimal weight to parcels and produces little rustle during packing, keeping work areas quiet. No special storage conditions are required beyond a dry, room-temperature environment.

Questions about this item

What does the 12 x 12 x 18 inch size mean for packing items?

The bag opens to 12 inches wide and 12 inches deep with an 18 inch length, giving enough room for bulky but lightweight products such as clothing or soft goods.

How does the 2 mil thickness affect what the bag can hold?

At 2 mil the polyethylene is light-duty; it protects against dust and moisture but will tear if loaded with sharp or heavy objects.

Will the 500-count case fit on a standard shelf?

The flat-packed case measures roughly 12 by 12 by 18 inches, so it sits on a typical 12-inch deep shelf without overhang.
