Purpose and Users

This pre-printed carton sealing tape warns handlers not to double-stack packages during transit. It suits warehouses, fulfilment centres and small businesses that ship cartons requiring clear stacking instructions.

Capacity and Headroom

Each roll measures 110 yards long by 3 inches wide with a 2.2 mil thickness. A pack contains 24 rolls, providing enough length for high-volume sealing before reordering is needed. The film handles typical single-wall boxes but may split on heavy or over-filled cartons.

Interface Limits

The pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds to standard corrugated fibreboard without water activation. It is not designed for extreme cold, dusty surfaces or prolonged outdoor exposure where adhesion can fail. The printed legend is ink on film and can wear off if boxes rub together in transit.

Questions about this item

Will the 2.2 mil thickness and 3-inch width work with a standard hand-held dispenser I already own?

Yes, the 3-inch width matches the common core size used by most manual carton-sealing dispensers, and the 2.2 mil film feeds smoothly through standard rollers.

How can I confirm the "Do Not Double Stack" message is legible after the tape is applied?

The warning text is pre-printed in high-contrast ink on the transparent 2.2 mil film, so it remains clearly readable once the tape is pressed onto a carton.

Does the pack of 24 rolls include a dispenser or must I buy one separately?

The package contains 24 rolls of 3-inch by 110-yard tape only; a dispenser is not included and must be purchased separately if you do not already have one.
