Partners Brand Gusseted Poly Bags

These clear gusseted poly bags are designed for shipping rooms and mailrooms that need high-volume protective packaging. The 250-count pack suits warehouses, fulfillment centers and small businesses processing daily outbound orders. Buyers who need retail-ready printed bags or moisture-barrier films should look elsewhere.

20 x 18 x 36 inch capacity with 2 mil thickness

Each bag opens to 20 inches wide, 18 inches deep and 36 inches high, giving ample room for bulky cartons, irregular parts or bundled goods. The 2 mil polyethylene resists punctures during conveyor handling but is not rated for heavy sharp-edged loads that demand 4 mil or thicker film. The gusseted sides expand to fill voids, reducing the need for extra void fill.

Pack of 250 bags for continuous workflow

Supplied as a single 250-piece carton, the bags dispense flat and stack neatly on packing benches or roll stands. Clear construction lets scanners read labels without opening the package, speeding sortation. No dispenser, wicket or perforated tear strip is included, so operations that require auto-bagging equipment will need a different format.

Questions about this item

Will the 20 x 18 x 36 inch gusseted bags fit around the larger boxes I already use for shipping?

The bags open to 20 inches wide by 18 inches deep with a 36 inch length, so measure your largest box against those dimensions before ordering.

How can I confirm the 2 mil thickness is consistent across the 250 bags once they arrive?

Check a few bags from different parts of the pack with a micrometer; each should read close to 2 mil if the run is uniform.

Does the 250-count pack include any closures or do I need to buy twist ties separately?

The pack contains only the 250 clear gusseted poly bags; heat sealers, twist ties or tape must be purchased separately.
