These clear poly bags measure 6 by 4 by 15 inches with a 3 mil thickness. They arrive in a 1000 pack for high-volume shipping operations. The transparent material allows easy content identification during processing.

Simple Integration into Mailroom Workflows

The flat bags store compactly on shelves and dispense quickly at packing stations. No special equipment is required to seal them with tape or heat. Their lightweight construction keeps dimensional weight charges low for carriers.

Questions about this item

Will the 3 mil film hold up when the bags are filled to the 15 inch depth all day?

The 3 mil thickness is rated for typical mailing loads at the 15 inch size; exceeding normal fill weight may cause splitting.

Do the clear poly bags trap heat or create condensation during long storage runs?

The thin 3 mil clear film allows air exchange, so heat buildup and condensation are minimal in normal warehouse conditions.

What sealing equipment is needed to close the 1000 bags efficiently?

A standard impulse heat sealer or packing tape dispenser works with the 3 mil material; no specialised machinery is required.
