Partners Brand PB1745 Gusseted Poly Bags

These clear polyethylene bags measure 15 by 9 by 24 inches and have a 3 mil wall thickness. Each pack contains 250 bags for high-volume shipping or storage tasks. The gusseted sides expand to accommodate bulky or irregular items.

Sustained load behaviour

The 3 mil material resists punctures and tears during repeated packing cycles. Gussets distribute weight evenly across the base when bags are stacked on pallets or conveyors. Clear film allows barcode scanners to read labels without opening the package.

Practical limits of the standard

Polyethylene film softens above typical warehouse temperatures, so extreme heat exposure should be avoided. The 24 inch length sets the maximum item depth that can be fully enclosed. Bags are single-use and not rated for food contact or sterile environments.

Questions about this item

Will the PB1745 bags take up much extra space when stored flat in a busy shipping area all day?

Each bag measures 15 x 9 x 24 inches and the pack contains 250 pieces, so the flat stack fits a standard shelf without adding noticeable bulk during continuous use.

What equipment or supplies do I already need to seal these 3 mil gusseted bags for shipping?

You will need a heat sealer, impulse sealer, packing tape or twist ties to close the 3 mil clear poly material once it is filled.

Can I mix these 15 x 9 x 24 inch bags with the older 1745 model poly bags I still have on the shelf?

The PB1745 is the current model number, so bags marked 1745 from earlier orders share the same 15 x 9 x 24 inch dimensions and 3 mil thickness for interchangeable use.
