Partners Brand PB2406 Flat Poly Bags

Partners Brand PB2406 Flat Poly Bags are clear polyethylene bags measuring 16 by 24 inches with a 1 mil thickness. They are supplied in a pack of 1000 for high-volume shipping and mailing operations.

Suited for bulk mailing and light item protection

These bags suit businesses packing lightweight, non-fragile goods such as clothing, documents or soft accessories. They are not for buyers who need cushioning, moisture barriers, tamper-evident seals or heavier gauge material for sharp or heavy contents.

1000-count pack handles large dispatch runs

A single pack of 1000 units supports extended mailing campaigns without frequent reordering. The 1 mil film runs out when items require puncture resistance, rigid structure or protection against crushing during transit.

Questions about this item

What size heat sealer or impulse sealer do I need to close the 16 x 24 inch opening on these bags?

You need a sealer with a jaw width of at least 16 inches to span the full opening of the PB2406 bags.

Can I stack these 1 mil clear bags inside heavier 3 mil or 4 mil poly mailers without the inner bags tearing?

Yes, the 1 mil PB2406 bags slide easily into thicker mailers; the smoother outer surface reduces friction that causes tears.

How can I verify the 1000-count package actually contains 1000 PB2406 bags when I receive it?

Count the bundles — each factory bundle typically holds 100 bags, so ten bundles confirm the full 1000-count quantity.
